Why I actually LIKE working my GA hours on a Friday morning:
- I can arrive at 8AM and find a parking space without a problem.
- I don’t have class/interning afterwards, so I can wear a hoodie and jeans.
- My boss/professor does supervision hours, so he’s busy and cannot ask questions / give me extra stuff to do (Don’t get me wrong, I actually really like him. But I don’t need any additional crap to do.)
- There were only three voicemails today.
- I called all three people back; apparently no one answers their phone at 8:15 on a Friday.
- I can leave once I’m done returning calls/emails and updating the schedule. Aka: 8:40AM.
It’s 10AM and I’m on my couch. In sweats.
