Just had to email one of the big wig professors in my grad program to inform her that she has all of the wrong dates for our class. She wrote this whole long thing about how she can’t be there for our first class meeting on X date so do A, B, C, and D online and then bring E and F to our next class meeting on Y date. Except that we don’t meet on X or Y. That’s the wrong day of the week. I quadruple checked to make sure I’m not just plain dumb. I still started my email with ‘please forgive me if I’m completely missing something, but….’ because I’m slightly terrified of this woman already and I’d rather her not think I’m some asshole.
But really. The online database clearly says what day of the week the class is on. Not to mention I can’t take the class, neither can a lot of other people I assume, if it’s miraculously on the day that she thinks it is.
