The problem with being the ‘family photographer’ is that I’m never in any of the pictures! I just uploaded my 180-something photos from today, only to realize that (once again) I never passed the camera off to anyone so that there was proof that I was alive and present as well. My cousin had it for a little bit (my two week old dslr! bitch-boy didn’t even ask if he could...
We’re having Christmas dinner at my house tomorrow. Let me tell ya.. my dessert making skills are top-notch. On the menu: peanut butter cookies coated in vanilla, chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate bundt cake with chocolate ganache, cannoli dip (not pictured) served with chocolate graham cracks and nilla wafers.

I don’t know why, but I only think to make a glass a chocolate milk once every two years or so. IT WAS MAGNIFICENT. I think I’ll go make myself some more.

finding the silver lining.
While I’m still SO PISSED that my film got ruined in my photo class yesterday, I came up with such a better theme. I’ll admit, I half-assed the last one. I had a few ideas but we had miserable weather for a week and I had to shoot inside (without a flash.. fantastic) so I just decided to wing it. Anyway, while it’s the final project, I just wasn’t into it.
